What data we process and why
We only process the data you choose to send us by email through the pilot programme form (name, phone, shop, town, sector and message), solely to contact you about the pilot. The form stores nothing on this website: it opens your own email app with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We keep the data for as long as the pilot relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The site is hosted by Hostalia, which may log technical connection data (such as your IP address) for security purposes, acting as data processor.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ignacio@kiwih.org. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and loads no third-party resources: fonts are served from our own server. That is why no cookie banner is shown.

This page describes the service. The processing of the customer data of each shop that uses AVACLI is governed by the contract with the shop and by the information the shop provides to its customers, which always requires their explicit consent.
